This "Henri Quest" requires you to return to the "Hometown" of the "Kindred". All will be explained as we go on.
After acquiring this quest from "Henri" point on the Quest and click on the green name "Grom", the autopath system will take you to the npc "Grom". see image below
After arriving to "Grom" talk to him and click on the "Grom's Sanguine Brew". see image below
After that he will give you a sub-quest to find 3 pcs. of "Heartleaf" for the "Grom's Sanguine Brew". see image below
Then go to the "Hometown Teleporter" talk to her and click on "Twilight Castle" this will take you back to the starting point of the "Kindreds".
After you have arrive at the "Twilight Castle" open your quest and click on the green name "Heartleaf" and the auto-path system will take you to the lake.
When you arrive at the lake go to the deep part and you will see glittering plants these are the "Heartleafs" gather the amount you need. see image below
After gathering the "Heartleaf's" go to the shore and open your quest then click on the green name "Teleporter" and again the auto-path system will take there. see image below
Now talk to "Teleporter Julian" and select "Liberty Harbor" to get back.
Now that you have acquire what is need for the "Grom's Sanguine Brew" go back to "Grom" talk to him and turn over the sub-quest. Then you can now go back to "Henri" to finish the quest. see image below

In my client, I believe that there are not any HeartLeafs of any kind, because I just can't find them.. I've looked for them inside the lake, near the lake.. but I can't find them.. I don't know if its a bug in the game or in my client..

I can't seem to find your problem but I've done this a lot of time on the Global and Philippine versions of the game, maybe your right might be a bug on your part but I'll still find it out so at least I can help you.
I found the missing Heart Leaf for Gronny's Sanguine Brew quest (for Henry/Life In the Harbor).
It is on the Vampire starter-map, in the cave on Wolven Bite Mountain on the same map. Which is where the Whipblade plant is supposed to be. But isn't. LOL
My quest now calls for Whipblade instead of Heartleaf (this is new...) and still auto-routes to Beastmir Lake instead of the cave.
Has anyone seen Whipblade around this map? I've been all over and can't find it.
"So here is one of the comments I've found on world forum so its not Heartleaf anymore it's Whipblade lol I have to update my post for this and the Whipblade is found at the Afterglow cemetery will update my post for future reference."
