Here is another "Daily Quest" that is very beneficial in terms of mana pots and exp. You take the "Alchemy Training Quest" from "Louisa Alchemy Tutor" see image below.
As you can see "Louisa" is located at the "Artisan Alley" press M to open your map.
I have indicated an arrow of where "Louisa" is located on the map.
Talk to "Louisa" and select "Alchemy Training" to start.
Then select "Mix Practice", you have to do this twice to finish the quest.
As you can see here two items on the table are glittering, on the left side is the "Dilutant" and on the right side is the "Demon Dust". I have marked the location of commands from "Louisa" with a black arrow on which item you have to pick up and put it on the Alchemy Cauldron near the table on the right side, remember you have 20 seconds to do this. After doing the "Mix Practice" twice the Icon above "Louisa" will turn to a question mark that means you can turn in your quest and receive your rewards. That's about it.
